Q:  I notice that your web address for registrations is http://soccerclasses.countmein.com, why is this different, after coming from http://www.soccerclasses.com or http://www.wagnersoccer.com?

 

A:  We have chosen to partner with Rainier Software, after interviewing many online registration management companies. Their service, support and site functionality were at the forefront of the online registration industry. Rainier Software provides an easy to navigate, logical web interface that should provide for a smooth registration process. When you are registering for our programs, you will be on the Rainier Software registration site, which is at soccerclasses.countmein.com.

Q: Is your registration system safe?

 

A: Yes, Rainier Software is a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) Level III certified company that provides safe, secure and encrypted registration processes.  For credit card processing we have chosen Pinnacle Processing Group (PCIDSS Certified), which has real-time validation.

Q: Who do I contact if I am having trouble with the site?

 

A: If you are having trouble with the site, please try refreshing your browser window. If that doesn’t work, try leaving and coming back to the site after a few minutes. If you are still having trouble, please call us at (585) 461-4907 or email us here.

Q:  What is the Membership fee?

 

A:  The membership fee is an annual fee that Wagner Soccer (WagnerSoccer.com or SoccerClasses.com) collects to cover all fees associated with registering and insuring the children to participate in the soccer program. All participants are insured through Wagner Soccer. The membership fee runs from November 2010 through October 2011, and covers all programs that are offered during that time. Each child that participates in the program will need to pay the membership fee.  The membership fee is $30 for each participant ($10 if you participate in Spring/Summer/Fall programs only).  If you have more than 2 children registering for a program, please contact us for family membership pricing.

Q: Why is my internet browser having trouble displaying the website, so that I am not able to complete the registration process?
A: Our Internet provider, Rainier Software, has gone through testing to assure that as many browsers as possible are able to operate their registration system. If you are having trouble with your browser, please try using a different browser to complete the registration process. If you are still having trouble, please call us at (585) 461-4907 or e-mail us here

Q: Is there a discount for multiple family members or if you register for multiple classes?
A: Yes, if you register multiple children for a class, you will see a 10% discount on the registration amount for the 2nd child and any registered after that. If you sign up a child for multiple days, you will see a 10% discount on the second class. 
Please note: We have setup the registration process to allow for discounts on bundled classes, so that you can register for a single program that covers multiple days or multiple sessions.
